Live Langoustine
(Nephrops Norvegicus)
Exclusively caught in creel pots off the West Coast of Scotland, our live langoustine are carefully hand graded and packed by experienced teams.
Live langoustine are very fragile so from the time they leave the sea, we treat the produce with the utmost care to ensure it arrives with you in the very best condition.
The sizes are seasonal, with larger sizes more prevalent in the winter months and smaller sizes in the summer.

Our razor clams are all sourced in UK waters, They are carefully hand-collected on the seabed by divers. Sustainable and environmentally friendly, this greatly reduces the impact on the surrounding marine environment.
Razor Clams UK – Packing
The razors clams are hand graded and banded tightly together in 1kg bundles to simulate being buried in the sand and ensure optimum quality when they arrive at your door.

Cockles, like winkles, are hand-gathered from our foreshores where they appear in large monthly tides.
Live Lobster
Our lobsters are caught in creel pots around the West Coast of Scotland during the summer months. We band the claws and grade them by hand.
